Some items due to their perishable nature can not be returned and can only be refunded or exchanged if there is any issue.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@kiatifood.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
